The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Boston, MA)
Interview
Screening, cognitive assessment, two zoom interviews.
Screening and first round interview left me a bit unsure about the role and company. Staff didn’t really answer questions clearly. Continued on despite not having a clear understanding of the office culture. Second round interview was wonderful, felt really good about the opportunity. All interviews asked me to share why ZoomInfo and to tell them about my career path up until that point.
Was told that, after getting to the last interview, there was no need for a formal interview and just chatting about the company culture and department leadership would be a good use of time.
Overall, recruiter was quick to reply and helpful up until the end. She started to back pedal on the salary that was originally shared with me to make sure the other new hires they were exploring were all compensated “equitably,” despite my qualifications meeting the specific salary band shared with me.
After my second interview, I was told that interviews were happening over the next few days and I would hear back shortly after. It’s been over two weeks now and radio silence. I followed up with my recruiter who has yet to respond to my email, so I’m assuming they’ve moved on to other candidates.
I applied online. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Boston, MA)
Interview
Moved quickly, very friendly and transparent. Met with internal HR recruiter and 3 team members. Felt like I should have been screened out for salary requirements early on, but was put through full process before being told no.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Waltham, MA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Verbal interviews only, no practical examination portion in the process. Recruiter (who was awesome) seemed to indicate an offer was pending, and then the role evaporated. Had a couple of follow-up questions about the job and the roles I would be interacting with, but never received follow-up responses from anyone. A bit frustrating, to be honest.

Question 1
Asked about past analyses that positively impacted the business, management style, and marketing knowledge.
