ZoomInfo Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

Interview was challenging but overall it was a positive experience than I felt like I connected with the people that interviewed with me and got positive feedback on my strengths. I had McKenzie Griffin as my initial phone call and then as my hiring person and she was amazing, really nice, helpful, easy to talk to, understanding, just everything you want

Employee Referral, had a phone interview/screening within the work week. Set up a following deeper interview with higher management for the following week. Phone interview took 30ish minutes. Follow-up interview was about 40ish minutes. Standard questions across the board, what drives you, why do you want to work here, explain a time you felt challenged. Nothing too out of the blue, laid out the metrics and requirements of the job, also a brief overview of what the position asks for day to day.
