Interview
2 part process. Initial phone interview then brought on site for in person interview with head of sales reps, and head of HR. Head of HR discusses salary and what the day to day would be like. Head of sales shows you the facility as well as asks you to pitch cold brew coffee to him.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Waltham, MA)
Interview
The experience was very poor. The recruiter never asked about compensation until after a verbal offer was extended which resulted in a big waste of time as we were drastically misaligned. The recent acquisition has resulted in disorganization throughout the entire process (misinformation, frequent changing of interviewers and schedules, delayed responses, etc.). I also got the feeling that there is a serious issue where the CEO and management does not give PM's any autonomy and disrupts roadmaps with pet projects.
2 Month Interview Process:
1) Phone Screening with Recruiter
2) Video Call with 1 Manager
3) 3 Different Video Calls with various Managers
4) In Person Interview with 4 Managers
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
How do you challenge the CEO or Management when priorities come from the top down and disrupt your roadmap? (this question came up ALOT)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Austin, TX)
Interview
Had 2 phone interviews. Original Internal recruiter who contacted me grossly overestimated the base salary offerings by 30%!!! And OTE should have been 60/40 or 50/50 but when I spoke to the actual manager I’d be working with, I was told 70/30...Beware of their “hook”!!!
