I filled out an Omnia assessment, followed by 1 hour of interviews with my direct manager and the Director of Customer Success. I was asked questions about personality and skillset, and I came prepared with information on the company to prove I had done some homework.

Process was very well organized. Received prompt auto message when I applied. Follow-up call schedule one week later. The interview afforded a two-way dialog of questions regarding experience, corporate culture, recent developments in the news, expectations for the next several months.

Interview
Short conversation with HR, then took a personality assessment. The next day I was scheduled to come in and meet with the team, and the day after I was scheduled to have a phone interview with the director of the department. The week after I got an email from HR saying that they wanted someone with less experience for the role.
