Zimmer Biomet interview questions

Initial phone interview which was straightforward. Virtual interview which I also thought went well, but nothing further. I seemed to be ruled out because I didn't have the right experience, but that was likely evident from my CV so was disappointed to not move further.

Absolutely abysmal. Job was advertised as they were looking to fill someone’s MAT leave. I applied and was contacted by HR for an initial phone interview. Completed that and was told the hiring manager would like to further interview me and discuss the opportunity. Was then informed by HR that they had entered a hiring freeze but not to worry as the manager would like to speak to me in a couple of weeks when it had been lifted. I was then strung along for SEVERAL WEEKS and after this told to contact them again, so I did and they proceeded to ghost me. VERY poor experience and unsure why they would advertise a role during a hiring freeze.
