Zimmer Biomet interview questions

You would get a call from your direct boss to setup an interview. S/He would ask you about your background. Mostly focused on relevant experiences. You need to be concise, relaxed and friendly. Don't make it too hard. You will not be asked too much in details. So there is no reason to describe in deep.

The process was very disorganised between HR and the hiring Manager. There was a lack of communication in the process, which left me hanging. When I tried to contact HR it was very difficult to phone as they don't put direct phone numbers on the bottom to their emails and no return of emails.
