Zimmer Biomet interview questions

The interview took 3 steps: 1 phone interview with Hr 2nd interview with Hr Manager 3rd interview with Hr Manager and commercial director. Process a bit too long (1.5 month) especially for the level of the position.

I applied for the position online and was contacted by HR a few days later to schedule a phone screen. Within the same week, I was contacted to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. The interview went well and I was invited for an in person interview to meet with the rest of the team. The team was really nice and welcoming and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. About a week after the in-person interview I received a general rejection letter. It was a fast seamless process and glad I had the opportunity to interview with the company.
