The whole process is extremely hard. Reaching out to them to show that you are the right candidate is almost impossible. They say they want reps that grind and keep pushing to get what they want but when you do that it does not even seem to matter. Overall frustrating

I applied online. I interviewed at Zimmer Biomet (Warsaw, IN) in Sep 2020
Interview
It was a phone screening initially. They were asking normal questions and confirmed my background and experience. Later, I had another interview with the manager and director where questions were just from my resume and they were pretty in depth technical questions.
Then at the end, few behavioural questions were asked like what are your strengths, weakness, what would you like to change in yourself.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Zimmer Biomet (Singapur) in Nov 2020
Interview
One of the most enjoyable interview i ever attended. The employers want to get to know what kind of person i am. I think is one of the most important aspects, to getting to know about who you are hiring. Rather than pumped us with questions that can easily find in on the internet, the standard interview questions and answer. I think this shows alot on how much they cared to hire someone with the right character and not just with lots of experience.
