Pretty straight forward interview process. HR screen interview followed by interview with hiring manager and on site interview. Zimmer Biomet seems like a great company to work for, but be very wary that you may be walking into a maelstrom. Zimmer recently merged with Biomet and its widely understood they are going to be huge layoffs in 2016. Although the staff is very cordial there is a bit of an uneasy feeling as it seems that no job is secure as senior management is reviewing "synergies". The other interesting nuance is that a lot of senior staff is located in Indiana. This means the NJ group does not get much visibility to senior leadership and have to be very strategic to get help from their colleagues in Indiana. If you are looking for some experience for 2 years this would probably be a great opportunity, but be very cautious.

The interview took 3 steps: 1 phone interview with Hr 2nd interview with Hr Manager 3rd interview with Hr Manager and commercial director. Process a bit too long (1.5 month) especially for the level of the position.
