Zara Sales Associate interview questions

The interview was kind of quick. I felt very comfortable and like I was just having a conversation. The interviewer was really cool. When it was over, he asked if I wanted to come in again to speak with the Store Manager.

It was in three parts. The first part was there were almost 20 of us. We paired up and introduced each other with our partner. Then, we told the HR and Store Manager some interesting facts about her/him. The second part was role play. We were divided into four groups. Each got a situation which had a problem to solve. We played customers and sales people in front the group and interviewers. The last one was each individual had a question on our card in hand and we take turn to answer the question. They said they would call us day after but I didn't get the call. Most of the people were pretty laid back but Zara is not going to hire many people from each session. I answered very well and I don't get offer. I don't know what are the best answers they want to hear so they will hire you.
