Phone call followed up by an interview with the store manager in store and one trail shift for a couple of hours. Easy interview few questions about yourself and previous experience and motivation for changing job
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
