Group Interview You first start the interview in a room filling in general information forms regarding work times and such and then you progress to a room in which you do a lecture style talk where they show you a video and then answer some questions. then you have individual questions.

Group interview with about 20 people. Had to describe the person sitting next to us and act out good and bad customer service in groups. Had to answer a mystery question in front of the group.
