Zara Sale Assistant interview questions

Group interview at a recruitment night, we arrived at 7pm. We introduced ourselves and the managers told us about themselves and the store. Then we performed different tasks around the store, tasks that we would be doing as sales assistants. Fitting room prep, tidying the shop floor and stock room checks.

Groupal interview, friendly, 1-2 hours, describing role of a position(cashier,sales assistant, stockroom) easy People from all backgrounds so don’t be afraid if you have not experience in the field. I had not experience in retail store and I got the job luckily. Be open mind and interact with the group and interviewer
