I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ZS Associates (Mumbai) in Jul 2025
Interview
I was selected for ZS Associates through campus placement. The selection process was divided into two phases:
Phase 1: Basic Aptitude + Communication Test
This round was conducted virtually on the Superset platform. Candidates were assessed through two tests—aptitude and communication—and shortlisting was done based on the cumulative score of both assessments.
Phase 2: Case Study Round followed by HR Interview
The second phase took place on campus, where Decision Analytics Associates from ZS visited for the interviews. Shortlisted candidates were divided into groups of seven, and each individual was assigned to one of seven interview cabins, where an interviewer was already present.
The case study round began with a brief self-introduction, followed by solving a business case. This round comprised both qualitative and quantitative questions. Candidates were expected to explain their approach in real-time while working through the case. The focus was on logical thinking, business acumen, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
Candidates who cleared the case study round proceeded to the final HR round, which primarily focused on questions like “Why ZS?”, “What value do you bring to the firm?”, and an in-depth discussion on the candidate’s CV, skills, and past experiences.
