ZS Associates Decision Analytics Associate interview questions

A business case study was given and I was asked to solve it. I was shown customer trends with repeat rates and was asked to calculate profit with the given data. Customer repeat rates and new customer data was given and asked how can the company improve.

The selection process included an Online Assessment (OA) followed by a Communication Assessment, a Case Study evaluation, and finally the EBI round, each stage designed to assess skills, problem-solving ability, and overall professional suitability.
