ZEISS Group interview questions

Applied via website, received the invitation for the interview with the hiring manager roughly 1.5months later. Interview went well imo. Questions were purely behavioral(e.g. tell me about a situation when you had to handle an underperforming employee). No response after two weeks- sent the HR a follow up email to which they replied that the feedback was positive, but now they were considering the change of job location- not a problem for me. Radio silence from then on, sent them several emails with no response. I received an automated rejection two months later

One of the most unprofessional interview process I have been part of. It took weeks just to schedule an interview, no one feels responsible to contact you and finalize a date. When the interview was finally scheduled there was no regard to the candidate availability which was mentioned. Deadline agreed during the interview process were never kept.
