One of the most unprofessional interview process I have been part of. It took weeks just to schedule an interview, no one feels responsible to contact you and finalize a date. When the interview was finally scheduled there was no regard to the candidate availability which was mentioned. Deadline agreed during the interview process were never kept.

This was an interview for the Meditek division. Interview was based around a case study, how System Engineer approach will help bring the system to the market in time with correct quality.

Interview
Three Interviews: 30 min Telephone with your future boss, Online with boss and technical colleague, then on-site with bosses boss, boss and HR. For the second and the third I needed to prepare a presentation to show my skills. Good discussion, it was interesting but also demanding.

Interview
The interview was a 2h process with four supervisors from different departments.
It started with some technical questions about optics, related to their products.
Later on in the interview, I had to give a presentation about myself and it continued with personality questions.
