I applied online. I interviewed at ZEISS Group (Ontario, CA) in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process consisted of three stages, two remote and one in person. However, the experience was marred by a difficult and uptight manager, along with seemingly unqualified leadership. There was a complete lack of follow-up or communication, making the process disrespectful and unprofessional.
