ZEISS Group interview questions

The interview with the team went very well but with the HR team head was very unprofessional. She dint even inform that she won’t be taking the interview and I had to wait for an hour and it was rescheduled two times but she dint show up . Not even a mail saying she won’t be able to make it . Very very unprofessional and frustrating too because the candidate has to just stare at the blank screen and in the end they say they won’t be taking it forward . If that is the case , I don’t understand why they schedule interviews and the interviewer won’t even show up . Worst experience ever .
