30min interview with an external RH partner + 1 hour long interview with Hiring Manager and another employee + 25min “random” presentation followed by 35min Q&A about myself to various employees + 1 personality test + 1 long leadership style assessment. After all, no offer with a short, poor and meaningless feedback (“we liked you, but selected another candidate”). For such a long process, anyone would expect a more respectful end.
