I received the interview invitation on a weekend during dinner time with my family, which made me question the work life balance. They did not call to invite me in person, but sent a more generic e-mail making it impersonal. The interview was all about not wasting their time, and not a real dialogue . They were interested in what I could deliver asap and not who I am, my values and how I could fit it. They were quick to jump to conclusion and finished the interview half way through saying I was not a match. They said I would be a better fit for something else at their company which was not aligned with my aspirations for further career growth. It was the weirdest interview I have ever attended.
