Interviewed for a Senior UX role at Yara, I encountered challenges with empathetic engagement, particularly in a remote context. The talent acquisition manager seemed distracted, making meaningful dialogue tough. Although I didn't receive an offer, the experience was marred by repeated, identical rejection emails over and over, questioning their ethical approach to candidate communication. A more thoughtful and personalised interaction could significantly improve the applicant experience.
