Interview

Two rounds of interviews. The first was with the Director and Executive Director. The second was with team members that I would would be interacting with. The second was more informal and a great opportunity to ask further questions about the organization.

Interview

While everyone was very nice and perfectly professional, the interview process took many weeks without much follow-up. In addition, while all interviewers were kind as can be, most were more nervous than I (it seemed) and not well versed in interviewing skills. Perhaps it was because most were via Skype that it felt that way, but I left my first, second, and third interview feeling overqualified for the position because of it.

It strated as a lengthy process but with the new HR recruiter Angie Norkett, the process got expedited plus she was very collaborative and continuously updated the process. Was interviewed by 7 people (including members/customers). Overall a pleasant experience!
