Interview process was relatively straight forward. The other reviews noted the process and were spot on. Everything is remote so you don't have to leave the comfort of your home. The downside is that responses are a bit off as the recruiter may email you at 7am so your response could be slower if you don't check email regularly.
Interview process works as this: Recruiter > Sr. Network Community Manager> Sr. Network Community Manager (other location)> Senior Business Network Manager
The process is very long as I originally applied for a different job but that recruiter noted they wanted someone with more technical experience but thought I was a great fit for a similar job without the technical aspect. It took about 2 month process and had to follow up multiple times. It's not a bad process and the recruiter does offer you feedback each step except on my final interview afterwards I didn't hear back for several weeks. This was disappointing so I figured they found someone. I was correct in that they did. I was told I would be getting another email with more details of feedback but still haven't gotten anything and don't expect too. I would like to make improvements and see why I wasn't selected but I understand how life can be. The only downside is that the job is still listed and now resisted on various sites again. I wanted to list both pros and cons but that is a bit disheartening to invest time for interviews, follow up and such basically every week for the last two months to end here. The company seems cool and mostly the recruiters are more responsive in the process than most so I give them that. Just didn't like the ending but it happens.
