Worley interview questions

1st interview was casual, they want to get to know your past experience and motivation 2nd interview tested problem-solving skill I found the whole hiring process is really unorganised. there is minimum information on the process and what to expect. only found out there will be a second interview after 1st interview. Then only found out the interview was about problem-solving during 2nd interview. Wasted a lot of time preparing behaviour questions for the 2 nd interview which they didn’t even ask any. They don't provide the interview outcome unless you do follow up or you get accepted. Compare to other companies' detailed hiring process you can expect anything from this company
