World Market Supervisor Of Operations interview questions

Contacted for a phone interview. This was with the HR assistant and took approximately 15 minutes. Then contacted for a panel interview with management team. This meeting was about an hour and a half long. It mainly consisted of the managers from each function of the building asking questions so they could get a read on if you would be a good fit for their culture. Most of the questions did not pertain to the job, but how you carried yourself in certain scenarios.

Easy group interview environment. The management did not seem to be too experienced in the practice of interviewing. It was however, a light and fun experience that didn't seem to take that long at all.
