World Market Sales Associate interview questions

The interview took place within the store itself in some chairs that were for sale rather than a back room or other office-type setting. The questions overall were rather basic and I felt comfortable around the interviewer. However regarding the unions question I felt I could have done a little better. They seem to be competent overall but I am a little disappointed it took 3 weeks to hear back regarding the position.

Comfortable on a couch. It was easy. The manager who interviewed me was nice. I felt nervous but it was awkward doing an interview out in the open on furniture they were selling to guests.
