Clear process. Good communication and very friendly environment . I was informed ahead of time about the selection, how many interview to expect and where and when the interview will be held. Reminders were sent to me as we get closer to the interview date, on the interview date I was given clear direction on how to get to the interview location (I was very new to the city at the time).
