As a candidate, I found the interview process was not handled as effectively as it could have been due to insufficient communication regarding the overall structure and expectations. There was little clarity about the stages of the interview, what each round would entail, and how feedback or next steps would be shared. This lack of coordination led to unnecessary confusion and made the process feel disorganized.
Several rounds with recruiter and interviewers, took quite a long time to get back to me between each round. Disinterested in any sort of salary negotiations and felt very impersonal

Received HR screening call, and a panel interview.
Overall not hard, interview was centered on my experience. Since I worked at the World Bank, and responsibilities were similar to the hiring team at the IFC, they asked details of my work and my deliverables.
