I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wonder Research in Dec 2016
Interview
Interesting that my experience was very different than the others here.. I heard about the position through someone who is a remote proofreader--like me! I went to the website. I was asked for personal information. I was not asked for a resume. Then I was asked what subjects I'd be interested in working on. There were a lot of them--this took me quite awhile. Then I had to answer (I think) 12 questions about proper punctuation and basic sample client questions. These were *multiple choice*--I was not asked to answer a "real" question like the others. The "quiz" was easy for me. Just a few hours later (!) I received an email stating that I wasn't "right" for the position.

I applied online. I interviewed at Wonder Research (Nairobi) in May 2016
Interview
I went through some questions which I appropriately answered. The questions they asked me were generally tailored towards research work and since I have been a researcher for long I found the questions easy to answer. There was another section on doing research from scratch which was aimed at testing the skill-level of the applicant. I took about 3 hours to answer all the questions that were posted to me. After 7 days, I received a feedback of acceptance from them.
