Interview
You have to do a dummy research response according to a set of standards. These standards include quality of sources, using the right formatting in the response, fully understanding and answering the question in every way possible, fully explaining how you found your answers and the methodology you used in answering the question, and being perfectly free of spelling and grammar mistakes.

Interview
I was invited to do a mock research assignment. It was challenging and I knew I made some mistakes afterwards, by not following all the instructions exactly (did not use all references in my write up).
I had trouble with the google forms when submitting my final response. I had to refresh the document multiple times and it was not clear whether or not the application was actually submitted (I did not receive a confirmation e-mail).
I really enjoyed the interview tasks - despite making mistakes - and am unsettled by the status of the application...whether or not it was actually received by the company. It has been about two weeks without hearing anything back from Wonder - so I have no idea if they did not receive the application or if my responses were not sufficient :(

Interview
The online interview process was to do a job similar to the jobs I do for the company. It clearly showed my abilities and made the onboarding process pretty fair.
