I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in May 2024
Interview
The process is composed of 2 steps of interviews, the first round was with a recruiter from their HR department, he asked the questions in such a natural way which made the conversation very efficient. 2 weeks after had the manager's interview with 3 other team members, the ambient was little tension but I prepared myself to act naturally and it was a good experience.

Question 1
Technical interview questions were very much focused on system design. I was supposed to create a solution. Questions were either directional, trying to get an answer to their liking or explanatory where they expected to hear both good and bad sides of each design choice.
I recently completed a screening call followed by a coding interview where I had to write code. The tasks weren’t particularly difficult, but I found myself working more slowly than I’d hoped and plan to practice to improve my speed
