I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wise in Dec 2025
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter. It was a little difficult to find time to talk (he cancelled once but eventually the call got rescheduled). I could tell he wasn't exactly excited by my profile, despite telling me "I can't see why the hiring manager would say no". Haven't heard anything from him since. Another recruiter approach me, but again I was ghosted without any reply.
It's a very disorganised talent team, good at wasting your time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wise in Oct 2025
Interview
The recruiter approached me and after the first 30 min talk she disappeared for 3 weeks. I was like okay I can apply myself so I did and they wanted to have another HR round with me so I thought I should let them know that I’ve already had one and let me know if the process differs in my case. No answer, but the ghosting recruiter turned up with organising the technical round that day. I had an appointment, they made me book another because of some ‘engineering day’. I finally got my first tech round and after 6 mins being in the call someone jumped in to tell me that the interviewer is sick and they’ll catch up with the next steps. Well, learning from the past I wasn’t going to wait for them, I booked myself another tech interview the week after. It went well, wasn’t difficult at all but they didn’t really ask questions to any depth. After that day I got a call that the HR person is waiting for me in the call, even though I told them that I’m ahead of the process and never got an answer. I have never met such chaotic and unprofessional people during hiring. I wish they’ve never approached me. What a waste of time.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wise (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2025
Interview
Got interviewed by Ukrainian HR, she was just reading question from a list and tried to finish interview as fast as possible, didn't engage in conversation at all. It was like talking to a robot, seemed like another candidate already accepted an offer in the meantime but she had to finish the job still.
