Wise interview questions

Interesting interview process. First interview in person in the office and a second over skype with the head of department. First interview is with 2 people from the company- a team leader and one person that already does the job you are applying for. Some very standard interview questions that are a little more out of the box. Emphasis is really on how the question is answered- for customer support, the essentials are clear, non hesitant answers so it's all about communication flow!

1. Applied online on job portal 2. Had a phone call (I was at the time in Oxford) to see if we can schedule an interview 3. Had an email to schedule a workshop fun day in Tallinn (couldn't attend) 4. Another call to schedule an face to face interview (flew from Oxford to Tallinn) 5. Had a Skype interview (20 min) after the face to face one
