Interview process was nice. It was programming exercise given for one week to complete. If the exercise is completed successfully, you invited to an interview. Interview starts with the questions about your experience, why you choose this company and the other half of the interview is about the knowledge of programming skills and data structures.

After an email exchange about video call availability, we had the interview. Unusual, but modern mindset. 2 interviews from different locations. One interviewer sitting on the desk eating something, while the other was asking questions. They were both friendly, but something was really off in the atmosphere.

No HR representation at the interview. It was done by team lead and member of the team I was applying. Very friendly and easy-going interview. In the e-mail inviting to the interview they said there's going to be a skill test, however at actual interview I wasn't formally tested.
