3 rounds of interview, great experience. Firstly I had a 1 hour call with an IT person and HR, next a technical interview where they were interested in my projects and had to answer some technical questions, like "what would you do if X happens". Last round was with managers, sort of a team fit check.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you handle a situation where two colleagues approach you simultaneously with the same urgent issue? How would you decide which one to address first?
talked to a recruiter for the role, shared about the role, and company before talking about motivations. questions were pretty general, nothing unexpected truthfully, prep more on behavioural questions and role based questions. push/pull etc.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wise (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2026
Interview
Waste of time. Insensitive to how much time candidates put into tasks,
Recruiter reached out to me and progressed me to task.
Task was on how I would approach a QBR meeting with a client, and what insights I would provide. No actual data provided just talk about what you might do.
Spent a week on the task, had to chase a number of times to get feedback and then was given generic feedback that "they wanted more detail on the first question." Promised to come back with more detail and never did.
