I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in Dec 2017
Interview
3 stages of interview, each with new interviewer, quite intense, they asked various questions. During first interview they kind of look for certain type of person to fit in team, second and third - evaluate your knowledge and experience.

Question 1
For example they asked what was the latest app that I have downloaded on my phone.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wise (Budapest) in Sep 2019
Interview
1. 1st interview with a Team Lead and agent via Zoom
2. 2nd interview with Regional Lead of Operations via Zoom
However the given feedback on the rejection was not helpful as skills would lack to present problems to product and develepers. They suggested to start in CS and later on to try to reapply but if the recruitment team would check the CV definetly the person would not fit in customer support as the background was payment/invoice verification.
So it felt that they are not really aware about the potentials of external applicants and have too high demands for an actually not so competetive salary (510,000 HUF gross).

How to convice product team / engineers to work on and solve a problem?
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Budapest) in Aug 2019
Interview
A one hour online interview, followed by a 2nd one hour online interview, followed by a 45min face to face final interview at the office. A very long and disorganised process; I sometimes waited over 2 weeks after an interview before having to chase them to get responses, which I did by guessing people's emails as they don't give me contact details of the interviewers. After an 8 week process I was not offered the role, but invited to interview for another department. The second department were much more efficient but their questions were incredibly negative - I left the interview feeling bullied and decided I probably wouldn't take the job even if I was offered it based on my interview experience.
The whole process left the impression they couldn't care less about the experience of the candidates because they are such a popular company to work for.
