Question 1
Standard PR interview questions eg your experience
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jul 2020
Interview
Interview took 3-4 weeks from initial call with recruiter to end of stage 4. It was an okay experience in that i got useful feedback after each interview. However, some of the feedback was rather condescending and was more about my interview style and NOT my technical skill which I would have expected as the role i had applied for was technical.
This is not a place to work if you do not take negative feedback well and what they see as constructive feedback may be misconstrued as criticism and unhelpful. The autonomous teams and ways of working is also likely not going to be for all, especially when you come from a more traditional hierarchical business. They are big on being independent and not as collaborative in their ways of working across departments. So if this is your style of working, you are interviewing in the right company!
The interview process was good in that i was kept informed of progress and feedback. However, the company itself might be like marmite and not for all!
I wish them all the best!!

Interview
Skill test, Face to face interview (via zoom), application questions and on the spot test related to the role. Quite a casual and get to know you interview. Not sure what they looking for.
