I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in Jan 2021
Interview
Interesting process. I was first asked to complete a home assignment. A few days later, a team lead asked me to participate in a Zoom meeting with himself and specified the informal aspect of it so no need to prepare anything. Interview went smoothly, we had a chat about what we did previously that sort of led us to this role etc... I was asked a few common-sense questions, I guess it was just a way to see how I articulate my thoughts without previous preparation. The next day I got another email by the same team lead, telling me that I made it to the final stage of the interview process. A few days later, I had the same type of interview with the Senior team lead, I was just asked to prepare some answers. The final interview was also rather informal, but I believe it was aimed to figure out how good I am at coming up with a way to describe a particular situation such as "how would I give feedback to someone" the Interview was on a Friday afternoon, I received an offer on the following Tuesday morning.

Interview
It was through HireVue, I got 7 pre-recorded questions, then I had to answer 3 questions from customers in writing.
When I got a question I had 30 second to think, then I had to start answering. Between the questions I could take my time, and I could decise when to go on with the next question.
