I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in Feb 2021
Interview
The recruitment process has four stages.
1. Interview via HireVue app. This is not an interview with a real person, but an automated interview where you are shown a question, have 30 seconds to prepare your answer and a 3-minute limit to tell your answer. There were 7 questions, mostly behavioral+why you chose this position and why you would be a good fit for the role. In the last question, you can add anything that you want to be mentioned.
2. The second stage is a written task + a little translation from English to your target language. You have 5 days to submit the task.
3. The third stage is a Zoom interview. This interview lasted for one hour and was conducted with my potential future team leader and one more team member. They asked many behavioral questions, specifically about times when I came up with my own ideas or took initiative in my past jobs. Prepare MANY examples! On the other hand, there were almost no questions regarding SEO and digital marketing. Also no funny or crazy questions.
4. The last stage is again a Zoom interview. I did not make it to this stage.

Question 1
Tell me some suggestions for blog post topics, specific to your market.
I had a video interview with the team lead directly and in the evening he sent an email rejecting me. The questions are easy, the kind of thing you would find in the internet but I didn't prepare well so I failed.
