Wise interview questions

There was a technical test first where the first question was a leetcode medium question and the second question required you to write an api. Then it was a prerecorded interview/culture fit test.

Pros My experience interviewing with Wise was one of the best I’ve had. From the moment I was referred, the Talent team was incredibly responsive and organised. Communication was clear throughout, I was always kept informed and never left waiting for updates. The process itself was very well structured and efficient. Interviews were scheduled quickly, expectations were clear from the start, and the Talent Partner debriefed me after each stage while also helping me prepare for the next one. It genuinely felt like they were rooting for my success, which made the process both supportive and confidence-boosting. The quality of conversations with the team was excellent and it was clear a lot of thought had gone into designing a fair and thorough hiring process. I also appreciated that the offer was strong and handled professionally, with room for discussion. Overall, a very positive and thoughtful candidate experience. Cons No major downsides from my perspective, the process was demanding, but appropriately so given the role. Advice to management Keep doing what you're doing — the talent experience is clearly something the company takes seriously, and it shows.
