Question 1
Q: What is the number of users your product engaged with? Q: What are the best projects you've worked on and what were the results?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Budapest) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview process is very long and time consuming. At the end, I got no feedback, even after two technical interviews. That was the email: "While we assess candidates against agreed upon criteria, due to company policy, we unfortunately can’t provide specific feedback to you about your interview or test results. However, please know that the candidate pool for this position has been very competitive." This is a disrespect to the candidate who has to take time off to prepare, even though the terms about the content of the interview are vague and the interviews are long.

Question 1
After the interview round, I was invited to a pair programming interview. This interview was about developing a mechanism through a interface given by the interviewers to update the exchange date and reduce costs to the company. Then I was invited to the next round of a technical interview for a "system design interview". This term is broad and there was no clear instruction to which area I should be preparing for. At the end, it was more like another pair programming interview which the questions are revolving around the question "Can you design an elevator?".
