Long and hard, there were more than 6 rounds of interviews with various employees, including the then CEO. Very stressful and took a long time. All interviews though, no workshops or any other prep to be done.
I applied online. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in Nov 2021
Interview
The process was fast and smooth, after evaluating my CV they guided me through the next steps. Within a month I had scheduled the last interview and I had prepared for it for the typical questions. It was a relaxed environment and very objetive. I’d like to get more hiring process like this one.

I applied online. I interviewed at Wise in Aug 2023
Interview
It was a whole new experience to me. I have never had an interview like this before. I made it to the second round. They were asking a few questions that I had to answer by recording myself on camera. Then there was a work-life balance related questions that had to be answered in writing and the last tasks were two e-mail (a regular one and a complain) that I had to answer with my own words.
