I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
It was a long process, and there was a 5 week gap between the second last and last email. This was mainly because key staff were away for an extended period at the time.
Each stage was a call with a member of the team, and included a case study interview.
It was a good, strong process, and I felt that each stage was reasonable and fair.

Question 1
They wanted to understand what process I would follow to launch a new product line
I applied online. I interviewed at Wise in Nov 2025
Interview
Title and salary range has changed before the interview.
This is my second (and same) experience with Wise London.
I sent an application for Product Lead role and recruiter changed this to Senior/Principal one. Product Lead role was closed for this particular area and one other was opened in Tallinn office, I saw this post in my network. I was a fit for the Product Lead role and when I asked the reasoning behind this change and didn't get any proper answer. Product Lead role was required 10+ years of experience, which I had. Senior/Principle was required for 4+ years of experience with different salary range.
I wanted to share a feedback as a part of candidate experience since it is misleading and attempt to demote the person (2nd time), but either recruiter was quite resistant to send a form or Wise does not have any process to improve their attitude and candidate experience.
I would suggest to candidates to be very careful and pay attention to each and every detail from very beginning of the process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wise in Jul 2025
Interview
Recruiter call, hiring manager call, cross-functional leads call and leadership call. Mostly focused on story telling of previous experience and achievements. Some hypothetical questions. A lot of probing on decision making, motivations, deeper reasoning.
No live problem solving, workshops, case studies or homework.
