I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Wise (Kuala Lumpur) in Jan 2025
Interview
As stated on Wise Careers, there would be 2 stages for the interview process for this position. (Screening Call > Interview > Offer) It seemed kinda weird when I was called in for a 2nd interview shortly after completing the "FINAL" interview as mentioned on the email received by the recruitment team. The gap from my 1st interview and 2nd interview was more than 2 weeks. Not to mention, the hiring process takes really long and you just need to keep waiting. It is quite disappointing receiving the standardized rejection email template from Wise Hiring Team after they just kept me waiting and putting me through the same interview twice. I think it is really unprofessional and looks like the hiring team is just wasting the candidate's time. Please don't keep candidates waiting just to get their hopes crushed in the end and instead of sending us standardized rejection template, atleast give us the reason for rejection. I think candidates deserve to know what their reason for rejection is.
The interview process consisted of three stages: an initial conversation with the recruiter, a skills assessment test, and a final interview with two experienced team members from the same department.

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
Hiring process takes so long, almost a month. Had a bad luck >> I encountered a team leader which has 0 empathy (probably sleepy while interviewing me since it was after their lunch break). Genuinely asking about the final process as they mentioned it would be a physical interview and how long would it take since I have another offer from another company at the moment. They cut me off even when I haven't finish talking and said "Oh its great that you have another offer", "Yeah you want the job, you gotta come here" something along the line & I asked them is there any arrangement for candidates coming from other states. It's 2025 and I can't believe Wise still wants candidates to travel from another states to Kuala Lumpur just to attend an interview that they're unsure of whether they will be getting an offer or not. Had bad impression with the interviewer as they seemed uninterested from the start, RUDE and aa for the hiring process, please hire someone who knows how to communicate with the candidates better.

Interview
The interview was done and it was tranquil, but the return/ feedback was done after 2 weeks (and the recruiter said that it should done after 1 week), So I sent an email asking for it, and I received a negative feedback.
