I had the first interview with the recruiter, and it was super smooth. She was very welcoming and moved me on to the next stage. For the second stage, they didn't explain what it would be like. I sent an email asking for more information but received no response. I went to the second stage, and it turned out to be a competency-based interview. I did it, answered everything, done. But I never received a response, never.
After a few months, the position opened up again, and I applied once more since I never received an email from the company after the last interview.
I had the first interview with the same recruiter, moved on to the second stage, everything was fine. The next day, I received a standard four-line email saying I didn't pass to the next stage, and to my surprise, there was no explanation.
I sent an email asking for feedback, and again, no response. In other words, you put in the effort for the interview and receive a standard email as if it were from a robot.
I won't apply again; this says a lot about the company, its vision, and its culture.
