There are a few steps. Video interview and assessment centres.
They use HireVue assessments and case studies based on the role that you are applying for. Could use google to search
1 round of test, 1 round of interview with team lead and colleague. test was not difficult and I had 3 days to complete it. interview was mostly behavioral questions, how to handle teamwork, challenge, etc. overall a positive experience.
