It was a three step process. First step was to create power point presentation that had to be at least 20 slides and had to answer several questions. Second and third step consisted of two separate interviews.

Interview
I was interviewed for the KYC team lead position in São Paulo. The process was smooth and swift. A recruiter invited me to take part in the interview. The assessments were quite long and they told me that in the interview “I had to walk them through my assessment” but it didn't happen. So, I think it was a waste of my time. The interview was good, although one of the interviewers seemed uninterested. Unfortunately, I was rejected, but I truly recommend it. The whole interview was in English. Tip: study a lot about the company culture and values.
