Very innovative interview with the use of digital tools. The process was explained in a very detailed manner and applicants had opportunity to practise before the real interview to get used to the interface
Only talked to recruiter. Everybody who is considering applying for the postion should be careful: 1. The same postion they post it in London，Tallinn，Budapest - but the salary is paradise and hell. This is not fair. Maybe finally they always tend to hire one in the cheapeast location . 2. Pay attention some location for instance like Tallinn office might tend to hire locals except IT department or lowest paid role like customer support. 3. Private personal referal might make the hiring process less fair and transparent.

One of the worst interview experiences I had.
The recruiter from Indonesia was obviously multitasking.
She was reading the questions from a script!
Did not try to have rapport at all. She came across as very snobbish.
This person should be fired. There would be more competent people for this job to be honest.
Also, why is a junior recruiter interviewing a way more senior HR person? Whoever decided this should rethink this.
