I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2019
Interview
One of the best interview experiences I've had. They're exactly what I'd want from a potential employer. The recruitment team is straightforward, flexible, caring, and positive. My conversations with the team were conversational and welcoming. They were all genuinely interested in me as a human being rather than merely approaching from the viewpoint of "what can you do for us?" The company offers the best benefits package I've ever heard of and the employees I spoke with told me they couldn't envision themselves anywhere else--they're planning to be with the company for LIFE!
I received an offer but didn't take the job because an offer to attend graduate school came up during the interview process that I simply couldn't pass up. That being said, my fingers are crossed that there's another role open in a few years for me to jump into.

They will first give you a Take Away home Assessment consisting of situational questions, then a Video interview with HR followed by a Physical Interview with management face to face.

Interview
They had a take-home assignment initially before arranging for a zoom call to get to know you better. Questions were fairly straight-forward. However they weren't super up-front about what they were looking for during the call but they followed up fairly quickly through emails.
